Return Process

  Once your return is authorised, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your parcel is tracked correctly.

  Securely pack the items in their original HexClad boxes, ensuring all lids and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
